The organization has multi-sectorial experience based on its almost 10 years (2014 to current) of practical experience in diverse emergency humanitarian responses and interventions, empowerment including trainings in programme and human resource trainings, Programmes Monitoring and Evaluation in diverse sectors, undertaking and supporting development responses oriented towards various sectors e.g. WASH, Protection, FSL, CCCM, Peace building & enhancement of governance including conflict resolutions.

CESDO Operates in Bay, Bakool, Lower shabeele and Hirshabele Regions, with its head office in Baidoa and field offices in Berdale, Wajid, Qansaxdhere, & Burhakaba. In all the above-mentioned programs the implementing staff are locals thus, we are proud of ourselves as being well versed with local customs and having a well-established relationship with local leaders. The strong links has enabled CESDO as well as Funding Agencies to quickly gain peoples trusts and therefore implement project successfully.
